摘　　要：目的:观察芒硝贴敷脐治疗危重患者胃肠功能障碍的疗效。方法:选择合并胃肠功能障碍的危重患者230例。将患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上早期给予芒硝脐孔处外敷。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,说明芒硝贴敷能较好地改善危重患者胃肠功能。Objective： To observe the curative effect of mirabilite plaster on navel therapy for patients with severe gastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods：230 cases of patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups, the control group with conventional therapy, the treatment group in the conventional treatment on the basis of early administration of Glauber＇s salt umbilical hole . Results： The curative effect of treatment group was superior to that of the control group, which means that the mirabilite plaster can improve the gastrointestinal function in critically ill patients.
