摘　　要：目的:对照观察针刺结合穴位注射甲钴胺治疗周围型面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:治疗组68例应用针刺结合穴位注射甲钴胺治疗;对照组22例采用针刺配合手法面部按摩。比较两组治疗后面部肌表情肌恢复情况。结果:冶疗组痊愈92.6%,有效7.4%,总有效率100%,对照组痊愈40.9%,有效36.4%,无效22.7%,总有效率77.3%。结论:针刺结合穴位注射甲钴胺治疗周围型面神经麻痹效果显著,治愈率高,疗效稳定,值得在临床治疗中推广。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and acupoint injection of mecobalamin on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods：68 cases in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture and acupoint injection of mecobalamin, while 22 cases in the control group were treated with acupuncture with facial massage. The facial muscle recovery of the two groups were compared. Results：The curative rate of the treatment group was 92.6%, the effective rate was 7.4%and the total effective rate was 100%. The curative rate of the control group was 40.9%, the effective rate was 36.4%, the ineffective rate was 22.7% and the total effective rate was 77.3%. Conclusion：The therapy of acupuncture and acupoint injection of mecobalamin has an obvious effect with high curative rate and stable efficacy which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
