摘　　要：细柱五加[Eleutherococcus nodiflorus(Dunn)S.Y.Hu]为五加科五加属植物,是中国传统的常用中药材之一。在此分析了近几十年来国内外对细柱五加的研究概况,对其生物学特性、资源分布、传统药用、化学成分、药理活性以及繁殖和栽培技术等方面的进展进行了阐述,为今后更好地开发利用研究提供参考依据。Eleutherococcus nodiflorus （Dunn） S.Y.Hu was a kind of plant from Eleutherococcus Maxim of Araliaceae A.L.Jussieu and was one of the traditional Chinese medicine.The studies on biological characteristics,resource distribution,traditional medicine value,chemical composition,pharmacological activity,the reproduction and cultivation technique of E.nodiflorus in last fifty years were summarized.It provided a reference for the further development and utilization of E.nodiflorus.
