摘　　要：阐述了复杂价值工程的基本内容,并结合相关工程案例对该工程的价值工程功能和功能系统进行分析,提出具体的施工方案。This paper expounds the value engineering, the basic content of the complex and combined with related engineering case of value engineering and function of the engineering system is analyzed, the concrete construction plan is put forward.
