荷叶降脂煎联合肝病治疗仪治疗中重度非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果

摘　　要：目的评价荷叶降脂煎联合HD肝病治疗仪治疗中重度非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果。方法将42例中重度非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分两组,治疗组22例给予本院自制中药方荷叶降脂煎联合HD肝病治疗仪综合治疗,对照组20例口服血脂康胶囊,疗程均为2个月。测定治疗前后两组患者肝脏CT值并进行比较。结果治疗组治疗后的中重度肝脏CT值较治疗前明显上升(P<0.05),其中中度肝脏CT值由治疗前的(33.2±5.1)HU上升为治疗后的(42.7±6.2)HU,重度肝脏CT值由治疗前的(5.5±4.5)HU上升为治疗后的(12.7±8.4)HU;对照组治疗前后中重度肝脏CT值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后的中重度肝脏CT值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论荷叶降脂煎联合HD肝病治疗仪治疗中重度非酒精性脂肪肝能在一定程度上减轻脂肪肝程度,用CT进行评价可以了解治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of lotus lipid-lowering decoction combined with liver therapy instrument in the treatment of moderate and severe non-alcoholic fatty liver. Methods 42 cases of patients with moderate and severe non-alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups,lotus lipid-lowering decoction combined with HD liver therapy instrument were used in treatment group（22 cases）,Xuezhikang capsule was used in control group （20 cases）.After treatment of 2 months,liver CT value in two groups was tested and compared. Results After treatment, the moderate and severe liver CT value of treatment group was significantly increased than that before treatment respectively （P〈0.05）.The moderate liver CT value were increased from （33.2±5.1） HU to （42.7±6.2） HU,the severe liver CT value were increased from （5.5±4.5） HU to （12.7±8.4） HU.Before and after treatment,the moderate and severe liver CT value in control group was compared respectively,with no statistical difference（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the moderate and severe liver CT value in two groups was compared respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lotus lipid-lowering decoction combined with liver therapy instrument in the treatment of moderate and severe non-alco- holic fatty liver can alleviate the degree of fatty liver in a certain extent,CT can evaluate the treatment.
