摘 要:目的了解汕头市三甲医院医生工作满意度现状及影响因素。方法采用调查问卷,对汕头市三甲医院医生进行调查。所得数据采用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果汕头市三甲医院医生工作总体满意度得分为3.17±0.59,属于一般满意,最满意的是工作道德、同事关系,最不满意的是收入与工作量、职称晋升。结论该市三甲医院医生工作满意度有待提高,建议从提高福利待遇、提供职称晋升机会、改善医院政策实施方式、适当增加人员配备等方面来改善医生工作满意度,进而提高医生临床服务质量。Objective To investigate the doctors'work satisfaction status and influence factors in Third - grade A - level hospitals in Shantou. Method A questionnaire survey was conducted in two independent Third - grade A - level hospitals in Shantou. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS17.0 software. Result The overall score of work satisfaction level in Third - grade A - level hospitals in Shantou was 3.17 0.5, which belonged to normal level. The highest satisfaction aspects were work ethics and colleagues'relationship; and the lowest satisfaction aspects were salary, workload and promotion opportunity. Conclusion The doctors'work satisfaction status in Third -grade A -level hospitals in Shantou needed to be improved from aspects of increasing rewards and welfare, offering promoting opportunities, improving the pattern of policy implementation and increasing the number of doctors, which can lead to improvement of clinical service quality.
