科研院校科技成果转化的评价体系研究

摘　　要：以分析我国科技成果转化现状为切入点,归纳阐述了我国科研院校科技成果转化的四大特征,通过因子分析与回归分析将17个二级指标提取的科研院校的科研能力、科研成果转化投入、科技成果本身的成熟度以及科技成果转化的环境因素四大影响因素构建我国科研院校科技成果转化的评价体系,最后针对科研人员成果转化理念、科研院校科技成果转化机制、科技成果转化的环境支持方面提出提升科研院校的科技成果转化率的建议。Based on the present situation of technological achievement transfer in our country, the paper summarizes four characteristics of technological achievement transfer in scientific research institutions in China. Through factor analysis and regression analysis, four major features of the evaluation system are found ： the research ability of scientific research institutions; the investment of scientific research institutions on technological achievement transfer; the maturity degree of the technological achievement ; the environmental factors of technological achievement transfer. Finally, this paper puts forward suggestions of improving conversion rate from the concepts of scientific researchers, transfer mechanism of scientific institutions, and environmental supports of technological achievement transfer.
