摘  要:采用有限元分析方法,建立了由机体、缸盖、缸套、垫圈及机体螺栓组成的有限元组合模型。施加合理的热边界条件,对缸套在发动机的三个工况下进行温度场仿真分析,并将缸套温度场计算结果作为载荷用于缸套的耦合场的计算,得到不同工况下柴油机缸套耦合变形的结果,分析了柴油机工况对缸套温度场及耦合变形的影响,为控制缸套的耦合变形、优化柴油机的结构及性能提供依据。Using finite element analysis method, the combinatorial finite model, which consists of engine block, cylinder head, liner, gaskets and bolts was established, the temperature field of the liner under three conditions was simulated and analyzed by applying reasonable thermal boundary conditions. By using the temperature fields of cylinder liner in the calculation of coupling field, the deformation of the cylinder liner in the coupling field under different working conditions were obtained, and the influence of working conditions on the liner deformation in coupling field was analyzed. It provides a reference for controlling the coupling deformation of the cylinder liner under different conditions and optimizing the structure and performance of the diesel engine.
