摘 要:采用溶液共混法制备了一系列不同比例的魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)/羟丙基纤维素(HPC)共混膜,研究了KGM含量对共混膜的力学性能、透光性、吸湿性能等的影响。结果表明,当KGM含量为10%~40%范围内时,共混膜的拉伸强度均高于纯KGM薄膜和纯HPC薄膜,随着KGM含量的增加,KGM/HPC共混膜的断裂伸长率下降,吸湿率大体呈增大趋势,当KGM含量为20%时,KGM/HPC薄膜的吸湿率达到最小值;共混膜在可见光区400-800nm的透光率均大于80%,表明共混膜中KGM和HPC相容性良好;偏光显微镜观察结果表明,KGM含量为20%的共混膜质地均匀,KGM含量为80%的共混膜中形成了清晰的网状结构。A series of hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC)/ konjac glucomannan (KGM)composite films with different ratios of HPC to KGM were prepared using solution blending method. The influence of the content of KGM on the mechanical properties,the moisture absorption and the transmittance of composite films were studied. When the content of KGM was between 10%-40% ,tensile strength of the films was higher than that of the pure HPC or KGM films. With the increase of KGM,the elongation at break decreased and the moisture absorption increased. When the content of KGM was 20 %, the moisture absorption was the smallest. The light transmittance of the film was above 80 % in the visible region indicating good compatibility of HPC and KGM. The observation by polarizing microscope indicated that the film was quite uniform when KGM content was 20% and the films with KGM content of 80% showed clear network structures.
