群众路线视阈下的乌坎事件

摘　　要：乌坎事件发生的根源在于基层干部脱离群众和侵害群众的利益,乌坎事件激化的原因在于地方政府持"对手思维",不相信群众。而省工作组相信群众、依靠群众解决乌坎问题则是事件出现转机的关键。乌坎事件的启示是:根治群体性事件必须坚持群众路线。The Wukan Incident is due to the fact that some basic-level cadres break away from the people and even infringe their interest. This incident became worse because the local government failed to believe in the people and took them as the “opponents”. Trusting the people made the key favorable turn for the working team from the provincial government. What we learn from this incident is that sticking to the mass line is the main way solving mass disturbance.
