摘 要:目的研究亲代转Bt基因TT51大米暴露对大鼠雄性子代生精功能及相关激素水平的影响。方法亲代雌雄大鼠连续给予含60%对照市售稻花香大米、亲本明恢63大米和转Bt基因TT51大米饲料70 d后,交配产生子代,各组母鼠孕期和哺乳期继续给予相应受试大米饲料。子代雄信大鼠断乳后各组继续给予相应受试饲料70 d后,测定各组子代大鼠睾丸、附睾、前列腺、精囊腺等脏器系数,进行附睾尾精子数量、精子活率和精子畸形率以及血清中性激素水平检测。结果 TT51大米组与亲本明恢63大米组和市售大米组比较,子代雄性大鼠精子各项指标以及血清性激素水平差异均无统计学意义,病理学检查显示各组动物前列腺、睾丸和附睾结构完整清晰,睾丸各级生精细胞排列整齐,未见出血、坏死及精细胞发育异常。结论与对照和亲本相比转Bt基因大米暴露对雄性子代大鼠生精功能和血清性激素水平的影响差异无统计学意义。Objective To explore the effect of transgenic Bt rice on spermatogenesis function and sex hormones of male offspring rats.Methods Parental Wistar rats were treated with diet containing 60% grocery common rice,Minghui 63 or TT51 for 70 days before copulation and successively given corresponding test diets till the weaning of offspring.After lactation,male offspring were treated with corresponding diets for 70 days.Then,the testis,epididymides,prostates,and seminal vesicles were immediately excised and weighed,and the viscera coefficients were calculated.The sperm head counts,sperm motility and morphology,the sex hormone levels and histopathology examination were measured.Result The results from this study indicated that there were no significant differences between different groups on sperm parameters and sex hormones.Conclusion The results from the present study indicated that TT51 does not appear to exert any effect on spermatogenesis function and sex hormones of male rats compared with MingHui 63 or the control.
