摘  要:目的为黄花败酱的野外调查、收集提供形态学依据。方法以黄花败酱2个居群、每个居群30个单株为材料,对2个形态学性状的多样性进行了分析。结果 2个居群总遗传多样性指数为2.022,遗传多样性主要集中于居群内(96.44%),而居群间的遗传变异(3.56%)相对较小;不同取样梯度下遗传多样性指数随单株取样数目的增加呈现增大趋势,但当取样数目达到22株时,遗传多样性指数达到最高值。结论对黄花败酱野外调查、收集时,应以居群为单位,而且每一居群至少应调查、收集22个单株,才能代表居群的遗传多样性。Objective To provide morphological foundation for the field investigation and collection of Patfinia scabiosaefolia Fisch. Methods The diversities of two morphological traits were studied with two populations of Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch. 30 plants were chosen randomly for each population. Results The results showed that genetic diversity indexes of the two population was 2.022. The genetic diversity within populations was higher (96.44%) than that of among populations (3.56%) ; and the diversity indexes in different sampling strategies increased along with the increasing of plant number. The diversity indexes were the highest when the sample number was 22. Conclusions The wild investigation and conservation of Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch should be based on population as one unit and the genetic diversity of populations could be rep- resented with at least 22 individuals in each population.
