石榴皮鞣花酸抑制乳腺癌机制研究

摘　　要：目的探讨石榴皮鞣花酸对肿瘤细胞体外生长的抑制作用及检测荷瘤小鼠抑瘤率。方法 CCK-8法测定石榴皮鞣花酸对体外培养的肿瘤细胞生长的抑制率;流式细胞仪测定肿瘤细胞凋亡情况;观察石榴皮鞣花酸对荷瘤小鼠的保护作用。结果石榴皮鞣花酸明显抑制肿瘤细胞生长,可有效诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,石榴皮鞣花酸可抑制荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长,同时可防止小鼠胸腺和脾萎缩。结论石榴皮鞣花酸体内外均可明显抑制肿瘤生长。Objective % discuss the inhibitory effect of granatum ellagic acid on the growth of tumor cells in vitro and detect the inhibition rate of tmnor-bearing mice.Methods The inhibition rate of granatum ellagic acid on the growth of tumor cells in vitro was detected by CCK-8. The apoptosis of tumor cells was detected by flow cytometry. The protective effect of granatum ellagic acid was obseved. Results Ganatum ellagic acid significantly inhibited tumor cell growth and effectively induced tumor cell apoptosis. It can also inhibit tumor growth in tumor-bearing mice. At the same time, it prevents the thymus and spleen atro- phy. Conclusion Granatum ellagic acid addition could significantly inhibit tumor growth in vivo and in vitro.
