摘 要:目的:探索一种新型肿瘤热疗的微米级介质,代替生物安全性未知的纳米材料。方法:用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、激光粒度分析仪、振动样品磁强计观察及测量空心不锈钢球和实心不锈钢球的表征。磁场中测量不同介质的升温性能及其影响因素,探讨其生物安全性,观察离体组织和体内的升温情况。结果:空心不锈钢球X2、实心不锈钢球Y1升温性能优异,生物安全性满足生物学评价国家标准。X2可动脉栓塞注射并升温。结论:寻找到一种空心不锈钢球X2,升温和生物安全性均达标,体内动脉栓塞后能达到热疗的目的,可以用于进一步的热疗研究中。Objective: To explore a novel type of micro scaled agent for cancer magnetic mediated hyperthermia to replace the nano scaled magnetic agent which with controversial biocompatibility. Methods : Two types ( hollow and solid) of stainless steel microspheres were employed in the current investigation. Various instrumental methods, including optical microscope, SEM( scanning electron microscopy), LPSA( laser particle size analyzer), VSM ( vibra ting sample magnetometer) were conducted for the characterization of the microspheres. In vitro and in vivo induc tive heating property of the above mentioned microspheres was performed by exposing the spheres under the alterna tive magnetic field. In vitro biocompatibility of the samples was confirmed by co incubation the L 929 fibroblast cells with the extraction of the stainless steel microspheres, according to Evaluation on Biological of Medical Apparatus GB/T 16886.521997. Results:Both types of the microspheres possess ideal inductive heating properties upon expo sure under the alternative magnetic field, with excellent biocompatibility which meeting the requirement of national standard of GB/T 16886.521997. Conclusion:This study systematically investigated the feasibility of applying micro scaled stainless steel microspheres as a novel, safe while effective mediator for cancer magnetic mediated hyperthermia.
