摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状旁腺癌的病理形态特征,并结合文献进行分析。方法:对1例甲状旁腺癌患者进行病史回顾、组织学形态观察、免疫组化及DNA倍体分析综合研究并随访。结果:同甲状旁腺腺瘤相比,甲状旁腺癌患者的病史无特异性,镜下可见甲状旁腺癌区域免疫组织化学表达CyclinD1、Ki-67约10%,DNA倍体分析可见异倍体峰值。结论:甲状旁腺癌患者的临床表现与甲状旁腺功能亢进症状相似,多有骨和肾的病变,镜下形态、免疫组织化学表达具有独特特征,DNA倍体分析有助于其诊断。Objective：To investigate the clinical and pathological features of parathyroid carcinomas with the re- view of the literature. Methods： One case of parathyroid carcinomas was collected for clinical and histological observa- tion,immunohistochemistry, DNA ploidy analysis and follow - up. Results： Compared with parathyroid adenoma, pa- tients with parathyroid carcinoma has no specific history, parathyroid carcinoma cells expressed CyclinD1, Ki - 67. DNA ploidy analysis shows aneuploid peaks. Conclusion：Parathyroid cancer patients with clinical manifestations of hyperparathyroidism symptoms was similar to multiple bone and kidney disease, microscopic morphology, immunohis- tochemistry expression has unique characteristics, DNA ploidy analysis contribute to its diagnosis.
