摘　　要：目的:分析uPA在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达以及与临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测23例三阴性乳腺癌、56例非三阴性乳腺癌及20例乳腺良性疾病标本中uPA的表达,并对其进行临床病理学分析。结果:uPA在三阴性乳腺癌、非三阴性乳腺癌和乳腺良性疾病组织中的阳性表达率分别为78.26%、55.36%和10.00%,统计结果显示具有显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。23例三阴性乳腺癌患者中,腋窝淋巴结转移阳性组uPA阳性表达率为93.33%,而腋窝淋巴结转移阴性组为50.00%(P<0.05);组织学分组中,G1级组uPA阳性表达率为33.33%,G2级组为71.43%,G3级组为92.31%,阳性表达率随着分级的增加而逐渐升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。uPA表达与年龄和肿瘤大小无关。结论:uPA在三阴性乳腺癌中高表达,提示其可以作为三阴性乳腺癌预后不良的指标之一。Objective：To investigate the expression of uPA in the tissue of triple negative breast cancer,and ana- lyze the relationship between uPA and the clinical pathological parameter of triple negative breast cancer patients. Methods：Randomly selecting 99 cases,including 23 cases of triple negative breast cancer,56 cases of non - triple negative breast cancer and 20 cases of benign breast disease. The expression of uPA in all specimens were detected by SP immunohistochemistry. Results ：The positive expressing rate of uPA was 78.26% in triple negative breast cancer group,55.36% in non - triple negative breast cancer group and normal 10.00% in benign breast disease. The differ- ence was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The axillary lymph node metastasis of three - negative breast cancer patients had uPA overexpression, and the positive rate was 93.33%, but the positive rate of node -negative group was 50.00%. The difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）. In histological grade G1 group the positive expressing rate was 33.33%, in the group of grade G2 and grade G3 was 71.43% and 92.31% respectively, and the difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）. The expression of uPA didnt relate to age and tumor size. Conclusion：uPA can be used as an indicator of poor prognosis in triple negative breast cancer patients.
