摘　　要：目的:观察癌基因Bcl-2和抑癌基因p16相关产物蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达,探讨Bcl-2和p16基因与胃癌发生的关系。方法:用免疫组化法检测Bcl-2和p16蛋白在不同类型胃癌组织中的表达,并以胃黏膜异型增生和肠上皮化生作对照。结果:Bcl-2蛋白在胃癌和异型增生组织中的阳性率无显著性差异(P>0.05),但是显著高于肠上皮化生(P<0.01);p16蛋白在胃癌、异型增生和肠上皮化生组织中的表达有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)。结论:在胃癌组织中Bcl-2表达显著增高,而p16表达显著减低,提示两种蛋白表达变化可能与胃癌相关,Bcl-2可能是胃癌发生的早期指标,p16基因的缺失可能与细胞异型性有密切关系。Objective：To investigate the essential relationship between the expression of Bcl -2 and p16 and de- velopment of gastric cancer. Methods： Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Bcl - 2 and p16 protein in the different types of gastric cancer, dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia. Results： No difference of Bcl -2 expression between the gastric cancer and dysplasia was found （ P 〉 0.05 ） , but they were both remarkable higher than intestinal metaplasia（ P 〈 0. 01 ） ;The positve expression of p16 in gastric cancer, dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia was distinctly different（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： In gastric cancer tissues, the expression of Bcl - 2 was significantly higher,while the expression of p16 was significantly reduced. These suggested that the two proteins may he associated with gastric cancer, Bel -2 may be an early indicator of gastric cancer, missing of p16 gene may have closed relation- ship with cellular atypia.
