摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜联合术中胃镜局部胃切除术治疗胃神经内分泌肿瘤的临床疗效和安全性。方法:对2010年-2012年在我院经胃镜和病理确诊的8例胃单发神经内分泌肿瘤行腹腔镜联合术中胃镜胃部分切除术治疗。结果:8例患者通过胃镜术中定位均顺利找到胃神经内分泌肿瘤病灶,并在腹腔镜下完整切除。术后随访1至3年均无复发。结论:腹腔镜联合术中胃镜是治疗胃神经内分泌肿瘤创伤较小、疗效确切的方法。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscope combined with intraoperative gas- troscope to undergo local gastric resection for treatment of gastric neuroendocrine neoplasm. Methods：By using the laparoscope combined with intraoperative gastroscope to treat the 8 cases of single - shot gastric neuroendocrine neo- plasm ,from 2010 to 2012 in our hospital after gastroscopy and pathological diagnosis of gastric neuroendocrine neo- plasm. Results： By gastroscope intraoperative localization of 8 cases were successfully find lesion of gastric nem＇oendo- crine neoplasm, and complete in laparoscopic resection. Postoperative follow - up of 1 to 3 years without recurrence. Conclusion .The treatment of laparoscopic combined with intraoperative endoscopy on gastric neuroendocrine neo- plasm is effective and trauma is smaller.
