摘 要:β-榄香烯是国产抗癌药,主要通过直接杀伤肿瘤细胞、诱导细胞凋亡、诱导分化、细胞周期阻滞、抑制信号转导及抑制血管生长等方式参与抗肿瘤。近年有学者提出β-榄香烯可有效逆转化疗药物耐药,与放化疗联合增敏等功效,且因其广谱、安全、有效、价廉等突出优点而具有良好的应用前景。现就β-榄香烯抗肿瘤及逆转耐药机制的相关研究作一综述,为榄香烯更好地应用于临床提供理论基础。β -elemene is one kind of domestic antitumor drug. Its main mechanisms are mainly through directly kill- ing tumor cells, inducing cell apoptosis, differentiation, cell cycle arrest, stopping the signal transduction and inhibiting the vascularization. In recent years, some scholars put forward that 13 - elemene can effectively reverse the chemothera- py drugs resistance and sensitize the effect when combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Because of its broad - spectrum, safety, effectiveness, low - cost, it will have a promising application prospect. This review addresses re- search progress on the anti - tumor mechanism and reversal mechanism of drug resistance of β - elemene which pro- vide a theoretical reference to better clinical treatment.
