摘 要:基于沉管隧道管节接头的构造特征,建立接头的力学模型,将接头位置管节间的相互作用离散为一系列由剪切弹簧、法向弹簧组成的组合弹簧和体现相互之间空隙的阈值。根据得到的节点弹簧法向位移、切向位移,在计算过程中实时判断接头的工作状态并动态调整弹簧刚度参数,并将接头模型应用到沉管隧道结构计算中。该方法可与沉管隧道管节模型结合,综合考虑沉管隧道在不同自由度方向上的结构性能,计算管节和接头的内力与变形。最后,以港珠澳沉管隧道为研究对象,研究沉管隧道接头在实际荷载作用下的受力与位移情况。Based on structural characteristics of immersed tube tunnel joints, a mechanical model of joint was established. The interaction between tubes was transformed into a series of combined shearing and normal springs and threshold of gaps between different parts. The model was then implemented into ABAQUS code and the spring stiffness could be adjusted automatically with diverse deformation styles of immersed tube tunnel joints during processing. The displacements of six degrees of freedom could be simulated in terms of the internal forces and deformation of immersed tube tunnel. Finally, based on Hong Kong—Zhuhai—Macao immersed tube tunnel, the joints’ force and deformation under the actual load conditions was researched using the model.
