老年失能评估量表的二阶验证性因子分析

摘　　要：目的:通过二阶验证性因子分析考察老年失能评估量表(EDAS)理论模型与实际调查数据的拟合程度,从而评估量表的结构效度。方法:纳入2011年8—9月在四川大学华西医院老年病科住院的老人,以及参与成都市跳伞塔社区调查的老人,共170例。采用面对面访谈方式进行调查。采用AMOS 20.0统计软件分析调查结果,考察理论模型和调查数据的拟合程度。结果:基于《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(ICF)构建的初始理论模型可以与调查数据顺利拟合,基本拟合度较好,但模型整体拟合度不高。根据验证性因子分析所提供的模型修正参数,同时结合理论可行性,对初始模型进行修正,建立修正模型。修正模型的基本拟合度(各维度的因子负荷量分别为:0.94、0.91、0.92、0.91、0.76、0.95、0.77)、模型整体拟合度和模型内在结构拟合度均良好。结论:老年失能评估量表的理论模型与实测数据拟合良好,说明该量表具有良好的结构效度。Objective： Using second-order confirmatory factor analysis to evaluate the construct validity of the elderly dis- ability assessment scale （EDAS）. Method： An investigation was conducted in the Geriatric Department, West China Hospital, Sichuan University and Tiaosanta community in Chengdu, China, from August to September, 2011. One hundred and seventy older people were involved and investigated by face-to-face interview. AMOS 20.0 was used to analyze the data. Result： A preliminary theoretical model was built on the basis of the International Classification of Function- ing, Disability and Health （ICF）. It was fit to the investigation data, but the overall model fit was bad. Hence, the model was modified according to the modification index and clinical practice, and built the modified mod- el. The modified model was well fit to the data. All of the statistical indicators were good in terms of prelimi- nary fit criteria （the factor loadings of the seven domains were 0.94,0.91,0.92,0.91,0.76,0.95,0.77, respective- ly）, overall model fit and fit of internal structural model. Conclusion： The modified model of the EDAS is well fit to the investigation data, and the construct validity of the EDAS is established.
