颌间牵引钉辅助钛板内固定在颌骨骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨利用颌间牵引钉行颌间牵引,辅助钛板坚固内固定治疗颌骨骨折的可行性。方法:对61例行颌间牵引钉牵引复位,辅助钛板坚固内固定的颌骨骨折病例,进行回顾性分析,从骨折类型、咬合关系恢复情况、颌骨复位效果、副损伤等几方面评判其优缺点。结果:利用颌间牵引钉联合钛板坚固内固定治疗的病人中Ⅰ级愈合的49例,占80.33%,Ⅱ级愈合的12例,占19.67%。结论:利用颌间牵引钉联合钛板坚固内固定治疗颌骨骨折是一种较好的方法。Objective： To evaluate the efficiency of inter maxillary fixation screw and titanium plates in the treatment of jaw fractures. Methods： 61 cases with jaw fractures were treated and retrospectively reviewed. Observations included the classification of fractures, occlusion relationship recovery condition, healing conditions of the fracture site, and accessory injuries. Results：All the patients healed well, of which 49 cases （80.33%） healed in class I, 12 cases （19.67%） healed in class II. No complications were observed. Conclusion：The inter maxillary traction screw with titanium plate osteosynthesis is an effective way in the treatment of jaw fracture.
