摘 要:目的:观察局部应用丹参注射液对大鼠正畸牙牙周组织改建的影响,探讨其加速正畸牙移动的作用机理。方法:选取健康SD雄性大鼠192只,随机分为丹参+加力组(A组)、单纯加力组(B组)、丹参对照组(C组)、空白组(D组)。A、B两组再根据加力时间建立正畸牙移动模型,A、C及B、D组从建模开始隔日于左上颌第一磨牙颊侧注射丹参注射液及0.1 mL PBS。于加力后l、3、5、7、10、14 d分批处死大鼠,收集标本,测量正畸牙移动距离,TRAP染色观察破骨细胞数量变化。结果:A组牙齿移动距离明显大于B组,与B组相比,除第1天无统计学差异外,其余时间点差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而压力侧破骨细胞计数显示,A、B两组在第5天、第7天时间点比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:丹参注射液能促进大鼠正畸牙压力侧破骨细胞的产生,从而加速正畸牙的移动。Objective:Observe the periodontal tissue remodeling by local injection danshen injection during or-thodontic tooth movement in rat,explore its mechanism of accelerate orthodontic tooth movement. Method:192 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups(groups A、B、C and D).AB groups were established orthodontic tooth movement model based on afterburner time. AC and BD groups were injected danshen injection and 0.1mlPBS under the left maxillary first molar buccal mucosa every other day. Each group were sacrificed at six time points(1,3,5,7,10 and 14 days)after appliance placement,Collection of specimens,measuring orthodontic tooth movement distance,TRAP stained for counting the number of osteoclasts. Result:group A of tooth movement distance was significantly longer than group B , compared with group B,except the first day was no significant difference, the remaining time points were statistically sig-nificant (P〈0.05).while the pressure side of osteoclast count display, group A compared to Group B,5,7 time points with statistic-ally significant differences(P〈0.01). Conclusion:Danshen injection can promote osteoclast generation on pressure side of rat orthodontic tooth,thereby accelerating orthodontic tooth movement.
