摘 要:目的:了解监护人对儿童间隙保持认知的差异性及其影响因素。方法:自行设计由基本信息和5点量表组成的调查问卷,从6个方面(因子)对750名3~11周岁儿童的监护人关于乳牙早失和间隙保持的认知进行现场调查。结果:不同性别、年龄、学历、职业、就诊经历的监护人,其认知分值在不同因子层面存在组间差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05),月收入不同的监护人认知分值在全部因子中都无显著性差异。横向比较各因子,监护人对口腔保健总体认识受特征因素影响最多,对间隙保持器的认识受特征因素影响少。结论:不同特征的监护人对间隙保持的认知存在差异,应根据不同人群的认知特点进行针对性的知识普及,提升预防工作的效率,最终减少错牙合畸形发病率。Objective:To learn about the cognitive differences of space maintenance and its influencing factors by guardians of children. Method:Self-made questionnaires consist of basic information and five-point scale, were conducted on-site survey of 750 guardians of children aged 3 to 11 years old on the understanding of premature loss of deciduous teeth and space maintenance from six aspects. Result:The differences between scores of guardians of different gender,ages,levels of education,occupations and dental experiences were statistically significant in different aspects (P〈0.05). The differences between scores of guardians of different monthly income were not statistically significant in all six aspects. Through horizontal comparison among all the aspects,the guardians' overall awareness of oral health was mostly affected by characteristic factors,while awareness of space maintenance was less affected. Conclusion:There were differences of awareness of space maintenance between guardians of different characteristics. It means that targeted knowledge popularization based on the differences is needed to improve the efficiency of prevention,so that the incidence of malocclusion would be reduced ultimately.
