益生菌治疗结肠癌患者术后化疗相关性腹泻的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益生菌对结肠癌术后患者化疗相关性腹泻(CID)的治疗效果,为临床提供依据。方法:选择我院2011年1月-2013年6月结肠癌术后化疗并有CID患者85例,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组41例,按照常规治疗,观察组44例,在对照组基础上应用益生菌治疗;观察指标主要为患者平均腹泻持续时间、腹泻治疗效果以及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为93.18%(41/44),高于对照组78.05%(32/41)(P<0.05);观察组腹泻持续时间为2.91±0.17d,低于对照组4.86±0.24d(P<0.05);两组治疗后不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用益生菌可以缩短CID持续时间,提高疗效,改善患者生活质量。Objective： To study the effects ofprobiotics on the treatment of diarrhea（CID） related to the chemotherapy for patients with the colorectal cancer so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods： 85 CID patients with colon cancer chemotherapy after operation who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 were selected. According to treatment methods, the selected patients were divided into the control group and the observation group. The 41 patients in the control group were treated by the routine methods, while another 44 patients in the observation group were treated by the probiotics besides the routine methods. Then the mean duration of diarrhoea, the adverse reactions after treatment of patients in the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results： The total effective rate of was 93.18% （41/44） in the observation group which was higher than 78.05%（32/41） of the control group with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The diarrhea duration time of was 2.91 ±0.17d in the observation group which was lower than 4.86 ±0.24d of the control group with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）; There was no statistically significant difference about the adverse reactions of patients in the two groups after the treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Probiotics could shorten the duration of CID, improve the effect and improve the life quality of patients.
