建立基于价值共生的高校招生制度

摘　　要：高校招生制度是由其构成要素既作为价值主体存在又作为价值客体存在所构成的价值系统,这个系统中存在着价值冲突、价值异化及价值单极化的可能。以举办高等学校者公平分享高校招生录取价值作为逻辑起点,可以建立基于价值共生的高校招生制度,从而为高校招生确立大学的高校招生标准、政府的高校招生标准、公民的高校招生标准及考生的高校招生标准等四类招生标准,为考生自主选择高校录取标准提供充足的空间,有利于促进公民、大学、考生及政府之间良性互动,有效防范价值冲突、价值异化及价值单极化的发生,解决现行高考制度面临的诸多困难问题。College enrollment system is composed of the elements,which are both as the value subjects and as value objects,and may have value conflict,value alienation and value single polarization potentials. Using fair sharing of college enrollment value for sponsors of college as a logical starting point as college enrollment system based on value symbiosis provides college admission college entrance standard,government admissions college entrance standard,civil admission college entrance standard and candidates admission college entrance standard for candidates to choose application for entrance of college and university,promotes higher education,government,civil and candidates to interact benignly. These can effectively prevent value conflict,value alienation and value single polarization in college enrollment system,smoothly and easily solve current college entrance examination system problems.
