黄芪注射液对裸鼠分化型甲状腺癌微淋巴管密度及组织中HIF-1α表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究分析黄芪注射液对分化型甲状腺癌微淋巴管密度及组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)表达的影响。方法:90只裸鼠分为正常对照组、模型组和黄芪注射液组,分组给予相应处理,7天后应用免疫组织化学方法检测3组分化型甲状腺癌组织中微淋巴管密度(MLVD)和HIF-1α的表达情况并分析3组之间的相关性。结果:模型组与黄芪组裸鼠甲状腺癌组织中MLVD的表达水平与HIF-1α表达阳性率均比正常对照组明显增加(P<0.05),与模型组相比,黄芪组分化型甲状腺癌中MLVD的表达水平与HIF-1α表达阳性率明显减少,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液对分化型甲状腺癌淋巴管的生成以及肿瘤细胞通过淋巴管道的转移可能有一定的抑制作用。Objective：To investigate the effects of Astragalus injection on micro lymphatic vessel density and HIF-1 alpha expression in differentiated thyroid cancer of nude rats.Methods：90 nude rats were divided into blank control group,model group and Astragalus group,each group was given the corresponding medicine for 7 days,taking the immunohistochemical method to detect micro lymphatic vessel density （MLVD） and the expression of HIF-1 alpha in differentiated thyroid carcinoma tissue of three groups.Results：The expressions of MLVD and the positive rate of HIF-1 alpha in model group and Astragalus group were significantly increased,to compared with normal group,the expression of MLVD and the positive rate of HIF-1 alpha in astragelus group were significant lower to compare with model group,there wrere statistically difference （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Astragalus injection may have certain inhibition in lymphatic vessel formation and transfer of tumor cells through lymphatic duct for differentiated thyroid cancer.
