《伤寒论》“蛔”字之我见

摘　　要：[目的]研究《伤寒论》与"蛔"相关的条文,提出对《伤寒论》"蛔"字的见解。[方法]收集《伤寒论》不同传本与"蛔"有关的文献,结合经典著作及《金匮要略》相关论述,分析《伤寒论》"蛔"的本字。[结果]《伤寒论》"蛔"字是"逆"之讹字,将"乌梅丸证"条文重理为"伤寒脉微而厥,至七八日,肤冷,其人躁,无暂安时者,非为逆厥也。令病者静,而复时烦,须臾复止,得食而呕又烦,其人常自吐逆。逆厥者,乌梅丸主之"。[结论]《伤寒论》在流传中历经整理,难免有错讹之处,若能通过深入的研究发现并纠正错讹,则有助于对《伤寒论》的学习和研究。[Objective]To study the clauses about＂Hui＂in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,put forward the opinions on the word＂Hui＂.[Method]To collect the literature about＂Hui＂in different versions of the Treatise on Febrile Diseases,to analyze the original word of＂Hui＂by studying related classic literatures and the Golden Chamber.[Result] The result can be drawn that the word ＂Hui＂ in Treatise on Febrile Diseases is an error of the word ＂Ni＂,this paper rearranges the content of the Syndrome of Wumei Pill ：＂The illness with coldness on limbs and a feeble pulse,on the seventh or the eighth day,the patient suffers continuous restlessness and irritation,and coldness on the skin,it is not a case of ＂Ni Jue＂.The patient is quiet and feels restless occasionally,and then the restlessness stops after a time,the patient will vomit and be restless as soon as he eats,the patient usually vomits.Wumei Pill will be curative for the case of＂Ni Jue＂.[Conclusion]In the process of spreading,there may have some mistakes in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,if the mistakes can be found and corrected,it is helpful for our study and research.
