皮康口服液的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：[目的]优选皮康口服液最佳的提取工艺。[方法]用正交实验设计法,以干浸膏得率、总多糖含量为考察指标,对皮康口服液的提取工艺进行考察。[结果]最佳提取工艺为:8倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1h,浸泡0.5h。[结论]本工艺简便、提取完全,可为皮康口服液的制剂工艺优化进一步研究提供参考。[Objective]To optimize the extraction technique of Pikang Oral solution.[Methods] Orthogonal design was used to examine the condition for water extraction technique with yield of extract sicca and general polysaccharides as indexes.[Results]The optimum extracting craft was as follows：8 times of water,extracting 2 times,each time for 1hour,soaking 0.5 hour.[Conclusion] The optimum extracting craft was simple and quick,and it can provide a reference for further process optimization of Pikang Oral solution preparations process optimization.
