摘　　要：随着医药卫生体制改革的深入和基本医疗保险的发展,医保工作在医院管理中的重要地位逐步彰显。本文通过梳理医保管理与医疗质量间相辅相成关系,探析强化医保监管对促进医疗质量提升的正相关作用。二者在临床实践中的有机结合、协调发展,是推进和深化医疗质量内涵建设及医保管理水平的重要保证。With the deepgoing of the medical and health system reform and the development of the basic medical insurance , It is gradually revealed that the importance of medical insurance in the hospital management . The author analyzed the positive correlation of medical insurance supervision and medical quality improvement through combing complementary relationship between medical insurance management and medical quality .It is very important for promoting and deepening the medical quality connotation construction , medical insurance management level that the organic combination , coordinated development between medical insurance management and medical quality in clinical practice .
