复方羊角颗粒联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方羊角颗粒联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头疼的临床疗效。方法:将30例偏头痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各15例。治疗组采用复方羊角颗粒谷维素联合氟桂利嗪治疗,对照组仅用氟桂利嗪治疗。疗程均为2个月。结果:治疗组总有效率87%,对照组总有效率67%。两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论:复方羊角颗粒联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床效果好。Objective：To observe the clinical curative efficacy of compound Yangjiao granule combined with flunarizine on treating migraine.Method：30 patients with migraine were randomized into treatment group and control group.Each group had 15 patients.Patients in the treatment were given compound Yangjiao granule combined with flunarizine.Patients in the control group were only given flunarizine.The treatment period was two months.Results：The total cure rate of the treatment group was 87%.The total cure rate of the control group was 67%.The difference of total cure rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Treating migraine with compound Yangjiao granule combined with flunarizine has a good effect.
