摘　　要：本文认为,《脾胃论》的精髓是五运六气,该书是在"脏气法时"和"气运衰旺"指导下写成的,重视四时阴阳升降浮沉,把五运六气理论从外感引入到内伤之中,不但用五运六气理论阐述脾胃病的病因病机,还把五运六气理论扩大到治则及制方遣药方面去了。本文开发了研究脾胃内伤病的最新思路,值得重视。This paper holds that the essence of Treatise on Spleen and Stomach is the theory of five circuits and six qi. The book is under the guidance of the theory that visceral qi is associated with four seasons and the circuit and qi rise and fall. It attaches importance on the ascending, descending, floating and sinking of four seasons and yin and yang. The book brings the the theory of five circuits and six qi from external contraction field to the internal damage area. It not only uses the theory of five circuits and six qi to explain the cause and pathogen of spleen and stomach diseases, but also expands the theory to the area of treatment principle and drugs and prescription application. This paper explore a newest idea for studying the internal damage diseases of spleen and stomach. It is worth attention.
