护生对我院“订单式”人才培养的满意度调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查我院护生对"订单式"人才培养的满意度,并探讨其与护生一般资料的相关性。方法:采用自制问卷对41名护生进行调查,以SPSS 22.0进行数据分析。结果:护生对我院"订单式"人才培养的满意度总分平均为(50.79±5.64)分,生源地为城市者总分较高(r=-0.416,P=0.007),在校理论成绩较高者满意度较高(r=0.675,P=0.039)。结论:护生对我院"订单式"人才培养的总体满意度较高,生源地与在校成绩可能会影响其满意度。Objective： To investigate the satisfaction of nursing students on the“ordering cultivation”and explore the correlation between satisfaction and general data .Methods： 41 nursing students were asked to completed self-made questionnaire, and SPSS22.0 software was used to analysis the data collected. Results：The average score of satisfaction of students was （50.79±5.64）, those from city were more satisfied with the“ordering cultivation”（r=-0.416,P=0.007）,those who had higher score in college were more satisfied than those did not（r=0.675,P=0.039）.Conclusions：The overall satisfaction of nursing students is at a pretty high level and the origin of students and their academic performance could possibly affect their satisfaction .
