枳实导滞丸临床运用举隅

摘　　要：枳实导滞丸出自李东垣《内外伤辨惑论·辨内伤饮食用药所宜所禁》,"伤湿热之物,不得施化,而作痞满闷乱不安",针对食积湿热,体现"通因通用","轻法频下"治疗湿热胶结于胃肠。临床必须辨证准确,此方用治湿热积滞,郁结肠道之证,脾胃虚弱而引起积滞不可妄投。但此证又与脾胃虚弱之证相似,应避免犯虚虚实实之戒,湿热相合,如油和面,难解难分,健脾易助热,清热难除湿,止利易留邪;该方导滞用轻法频下,组方配伍应对大黄用量和炮制、煎煮等选择恰当;服药剂量亦应体现轻法频下,即服药量应较小,次数不拘一日两次,使用时,结合脉证,以大便是否成形作为湿热是否去除标准,大便成形后不可再下,及时停药,中病即止,避免过服苦寒攻下之品而伤及脾胃。Li Dongyuan from citrus aurantium dredge pill ＂, within the trauma and confusion Resolution on the injuries should have banned diet drug; ＂Things heat injury not applied technology, and for fullness, nausea anxiety disorder＂.For food product heat, reflect the ＂ pass because generic, ＂light frequency under the law ＂ in the gastrointestinal therapeutic heat cementation.Clinical syndrome must be accurate, this side with the government damp stagnation, stagnation syndrome intestine, the spleen and stomach caused by toxins can not jump to vote.But this card and the card is similar with a weak stomach should avoid committing falsehoods Ring, damp consistency, such as oil and noodles, inextricably, spleen and easy to help heat, heat is difficult dehumidification, leaving only Lee Yi evil;the party guide hysteresis frequency under light method, prescription dosage and compatibility respond rhubarb cooked, boiling, etc. select appropriate;medication dose should reflect the frequency of the light law under which the amount of medication should be small, the number of informal twice a day, when used in conjunction pulse card to the stool as if forming heat removal is standard, no longer under the stool forming a timely withdrawal, the disease lasts, to avoid the bitter cold take over the goods and services hurt the stomach.
