摘　　要：目的探讨肝癌缺失基因-3（DLC-3）在乳癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测DLC-3在62例乳癌组织、23例癌旁组织及20例乳腺腺病组织中的表达情况，分析乳癌组织中DLC-3表达与肿瘤临床病理特征的关系。结果乳癌组织、癌旁组织及乳房腺病组织中DLC-3阳性表达率分别为17．74％（11／62）、43．48％（10／23）、60．00％（12／20），差异具有统计学意义（x2=18．356，P〈0．01）。乳癌组织中DLC-3表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期、人表皮生长因子受体2（Her-2）表达有关（x2=3．930～5．984，P〈0．05）。结论DLC-3在乳癌组织中呈现低表达或表达缺失，其表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期、Her-2表达存在相关性；DLC-3可能在乳癌的发生发展中发挥抑制作用。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of deleted in liver cancer S （DLC-3） in breast cancer tissue. Methods The expressions of DLC-3 in 62 cases of breast cancer tissue,23 cases of paraneoplastic tissue, and 20 cases of tissue of adenosis of breast were detected by using immunohistochemistry. The relationship between DLC3 expression in cancer tissue and clinicopathology of the cancer was analyzed. Results The positive expressions of DCL-3 in cancer tissue, para- neoplastic tissue and tissue of adenosis of breast were 17.74%（11/62）, 43.48% （10/23） and 60.00% （12/20）, respectively, the differences between them were statistically significant. The expression of DLC-3 in cancer tissue was associated with lymph node metastasis, TNM staging and Her-2 expression （x2=3.930--5.984,P〈0.05）. Conclusion DLC 3 protein shows low expres- sion or absence in breast cancer, its expression is correlated with lymph node metastasis, TNM staging and Her-2 expression. The expression of DLC-3 may play a depressant effect on the development and progress of breast cancer.
