浅谈企业管理标准与管理制度的关系

摘　　要：本文根据管理标准和管理制度的特点,浅谈了二者在目的和作用上的共同点,同时从管理标准和管理制度的构成、发展阶段、形成的理论基础、适用范围等方面对二者的差异性做了进一步的探讨。In accordance with the management standard and the characteristics of management system, it briefly introduces their similarities on the aim and function; furthermore, it analyzes the differences between management standard and management system in composition, development stage, theoretical basis of formation, scope of application, etc.
