论当代大学生公共外交意识的培育

摘　　要：扎实推进公共外交是党和国家未来的发展目标,是实现"中国梦"的必然之路。大学生是推动我国公共外交事业发展的重要力量,具有其他公众群体不可替代的优势与责任,大学生公共外交意识的培育直接影响着我国公共外交事业力量的传承与发展。针对目前大学生公共外交理性认知模糊、理解程度浅显、行为自觉缺乏等诸多问题,培育当代大学生的公共外交意识应强化大学生对公共外交的心理认同,深化大学生对公共外交的理论共识,内化大学生对公共外交的行为自觉。To promote public diplomacy solidly is the future development goals of the Party and state and the inevitable road to the realization of ＂China dream＂ as well.College students are an important force in promoting the development of China＇s public diplomacy.Compared with other public groups,college students have incomparable advantages and responsibilities.The cultivation of public diplomacy awareness among contemporary college students directly affects the inheritance and development of China＇s public diplomacy.However,college students have only a shallow and vague understanding of public diplomacy let alone the conscious action.Therefore,we should start from creating their conceptual identification of public diplomacy,promoting their theoretical consensus,and internalizing their consciousness of public diplomacy.
