摘  要:中医人才的培养在于实践,"早临床,多临床,反复临床"是中医临床型人才培养的关键。以师承为主的古代中医人才培养模式导致学生的知识结构和认知能力的局限性,不适合于大规模的人才培养。以院校教育为主的高等中医教育实现了中医人才培养规模化、标准化,但因缺乏师承环节,学生缺少在临床实践中的感悟和将中医理论熟练应用于临床实践的能力,造成临床型中医人才的缺乏。因此,将院校教育与师承体系相结合的培养模式将是今后培养中医临床型人才的主要途径。Training Chinese medicine talents is based on clinical practice."Get into clinical practice early,get more clinical practice opportunity,duplicate clinical practice"is the key of cultivate clinical talents of TCM. The ancient training model of clinical talents is to serve an apprenticeship with an experienced doctor. This model may cause student's limitations on knowledge structure and cognitive ability,and can't fit in massive cultivation. Nowadays,higher education of TCM which dominate by college education realized to train the TCM talents in large- scale as well as in standard. But for the deficiency of master disciple,students lack the chance to gain better understanding of TCM during the clinical practice and the ability to manipulate the theory of TCM into the clinical practice. This caused a lack of clinical talents of TCM. Therefore,the training model which combines college education with master-disciple education will be the main path to cultivate clinical talents of TCM in the future.
