摘 要:传统的教学模式难以激发学生对知识的研究和探索,大班化的教学条件限制了讨论式教学方法的应用。在现有条件的基础上,如何克服现有的条件,提高教学效果成为我们要解决的问题。选择学生感兴趣的章节进行教学示范,结合多元化的教学方法,进行课前结合案例引导的自学,授课时以"PBL"方式为主的课堂讨论式教学,课后模拟病人进行诊病实践,提高学生学习的积极性,并以点带面,提高学生对整个课程的学习效果。Traditional teaching methods are hard to inspire students to study and large classes of teaching conditions limit the application of discussing-teaching methods. On the basis of existing conditions,how to overcome the existing conditions,improve teaching effectiveness is the problem should be solved. Select chapters students interested in teaching demonstration,combined with a wide range of teaching methods,conduct precourse self- study guide with cases,when taught to"PBL"approach based teaching classroom discussions,simulated patient medical consultation after-school practice,improve students' motivation to learn,and face to the point,and improve student learning outcomes for the entire course.
