摘 要:为了改善道路标线涂料的高温稳定性及抗磨耗性能,减少陶瓷固体废弃物对环境的污染,以热熔型涂料为基材,外掺房建陶瓷颗粒、卫具陶瓷颗粒、工艺陶瓷颗粒,设计轮辙试验和湿轮磨耗试验并辅以扫描电镜微观观测,分析陶瓷颗粒类型及掺量对道路标线涂料轮辙深度、磨耗值的影响。结果表明:掺入废旧陶瓷颗粒后,道路标线涂料高温稳定性及抗磨耗性能均得到较大提高,尤以掺工艺陶瓷颗粒涂料效果最为明显,其合理掺量约为20%。In order to improve the high-temperature stability and abrasion resistance of road marking materials, and to reduce the poUution of waste ceramic solid, house ceramic particles, furniture ceramic particles and artware ceramic particles were incorporated into the matrix of heat reflow paint. The wheel tracking test and abrasion test, including micro-scopic observation with scanning electron microscopy, were adopted to analyze the influences of the types and the mixing amount of waste ceramic particles on the rutting depth and abrasion value of road marking materials. The experimental results indicate that the high-temperature stability and abrasion resistance of road marking materials can he promoted with the addition of waste ceramic particles. The optimum content of artware ceramic particles, which has the best modification effect, is about 20%.
