摘 要:目的:研究卫生信息管理专业学生专业认知度情况并对该专业课程设置提出合理化建议,针对如何提高学生对该专业认可度提出对策。方法:采用问卷调查法,调查了某高校卫生信息管理专业193名本科生的专业认知情况及对课程设置的看法。结果:总体情况,卫生信息系学生服从调剂率高达89.1%;56.5%的学生学习最大的困难来自学习目标不明确;40.4%的学生认为该专业无前途;41%的学生对专业就业担忧。专业认知度差异,四个年级皆有五成以上的学生表示不了解就业方向;高年级(四年级)学生想在医疗部门就职的比例更大。课程喜好及设置意向差异,中低年级喜欢计算机课程,而高年级学生则偏好医学课程;男生喜欢计算机课程,女生偏好医学课程。结论:加大就业宣教、合理调整课程体系和优化教师资源,是提升卫生信息管理专业学生专业认知的有效措施。Objective To study the professional awareness of students of health information management and to put forward reasonable proposals for the professional curriculum and how to improve students" professional recognition of the proposed countermeasures. Methods Questionnaire was adopted to survey the professional cognition and perception of the curriculum of 193 undergraduates of health information management profession. Results Overall, the rate of students submitting to assignment was as high as 89.1 %. The greatest learning difficulty of 56.5 % of students was unclear objectives. 40.4 % of students believed that the profession had no bright future. 41%of the students showed professional employment concerns. As for differences in professional recognition,over half of the students of four grades had no idea of future employment and the students of higher grades ( fourth grade ) showed greater proportion to obtain employment in the medical sectors. As for the differences in course preference and setting intention, the students of the lower grades preferred computer courses,while the students of the higher grades preferred medical curriculum. And boys preferred computer courses, while girls preferred medical curriculum. Conclusions Enhancing employment educa- tion,adjusting curriculum system reasonably and optimizing resources of teachers are effective measures to improve students' professional awareness of health information management.
