摘 要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对薄壁箱形梁焊接的瞬态温度场进行了分析,得到了焊件在焊接过程中每一瞬时的温度场分布情况,计算结果能够反映真实焊接过程,可以作为热弹塑性有限元法分析焊接变形的依据。在进行薄壁箱形梁焊接温度场的分析过程中,同时依据焊接工艺过程,建立了瞬时分段的焊接体热源模型,并考虑了焊接顺序的影响。In the paper, the transient temperature field of thin-walled box beam was analyzed with the use of finite element analysis software ANSYS. The instantaneous temperature distribution of the welding piece in I he welding process had been got. The result could basically reflect the true welding process, and welding deformation could be analyzed as a basis for thermal elastic-plastic finite element method. During I he analysis of thin-walled box girder temperature field, established a instantaneous segmented welded body heat source model according to the welding technological process, and considered the effect of the welding sequence.
