摘　　要：通过调查125名来自医院信息科、病案室、信息化软件公司、图书馆、高等教育、卫生行政管理等卫生信息化相关从业人员,利用探索性因子分析对量表进行降维,结合定性分析形成了包含7个维度的卫生信息化高级应用型人才能力素质模型。最后,结合胜任力冰山模型理论构建了卫生信息化高级应用型人才能力素质冰山模型。By investigating 125 practitioners in the field of Health Informatization, which come from the department of Information technology in hospitals, medical records department, information technology software companies, libraries, universities, health administration department and so on, this paper used exploratory factor analysis to reduce the scale. It constructed advanced application talents＇ competency model in the field of health Informatization with qualitative analysis. Finally, it built a competency iceberg model of advanced application talents’in the field of Health Informatization.
