摘　　要：本文在分析了基于经验的区域卫生领域数据利用需求发现方式局限性的基础上,根据上海市健康信息网的实际,提出了基于多维模型的"健康档案数据综合利用基础框架",并初步论证了其合理性。数据综合利用框架的提出有利于梳理以往的应用,并能指导新需求及应用模式的发现。该框架的构建是一项前瞻性的工作,为促进区域卫生信息化的创新发展提供了有益的探索。This paper analyzes the limitations of the traditional EHR data using modes with experience. According to the practice of Shanghai Health Information Network, “basic framework on comprehensive utilization of health records data”is proposed. It was based on multi-dimensional model, and the rationality of this framework is demonstrated. Presentation of this data utilization framework was conducive in combing previous applications, and can instruct the discovery of new requirements and application mode. The construction of the framework is a prospective work, which provides a useful exploration for promoting the innovation and development of the regional health information.
