PCDGF、CD44v6、ICAM-1在结肠癌的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨畸胎瘤细胞源性生长因子(PC cell-derived growth factor,PCDGF)、CD44v6、细胞间黏附分子-1(Intercellular adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1)在结肠癌中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测40例结肠癌组织和40例癌旁非癌组织中PCDGF、CD44v6、ICAM-1的表达水平,并进行综合分析。结果癌组织PCDGF、CD44v6、ICAM-1表达率分别为62.5%(25/40)、52.5%(21/40)和62.5%(25/40),明显高于癌旁组织中的5.0%(2/40)、7.5%(3/40)和5.0%(2/40),差异有统计学意义(χ2=-27.1,17.2,27.1,P均<0.01)。PCDGF、CD44v6、ICAM-1在癌组织表达率与淋巴结转移、远处转移及Dukes分期有关,与组织分化程度、浸润深度无关。结论结肠癌中PCDGF、CD44v6、ICAM-1的表达水平明显升高,三者参与了结肠癌的发生及转移过程。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of PC cell-derived growth factor（PCDGF）, CD44v6, intercellular adhesion molecule-l（iCAM-1） in colon carcinoma. Methods Expression of PCDGF, CD44v6,ICAM-1 in specimens of cancer tissue of 40 patients was examined by immunohistochernical（S-P） method. Results The expression levels of PCDGF, CD44v6, ICAM-lwere 62.5% （25/40）, 52.5%（21/40）and 62.5%（25/40）, which were obviously higher than that in cancer tissue （5.0%, 2/40; 7.5 %, 3/40 and 5.0%, 2/40） showing statistical significant difference （X2=-27.1,17.2,27.1, P〈0.01） The correlation between expression rate of PCDGF, CD44v6, ICAM-1 and lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and Dukes classification was observed. But it was not related with histological type, infiltration depth. Conclusion PCDGF, CD44v6, ICAM-1 was overexpressed in colon carcinoma. PCDGF, CD44v6, ICAM-1 were involved in carcinogenesis and metastases.
