摘  要:在贵州地区,由于特殊的地理环境,绝缘子遭受雷击非常严重,使绝缘子失去绝缘性能。而输电线路耐张绝缘子长期承受导线的重量、导线的张力和对导线起绝缘隔离的作用,它长期裸露在外,在机电联合及环境污染的作用下极其容易老化。在对耐张绝缘子进行带电作业更换过程中由于目前缺少必要的防止在作业过程中因为人的因素、工具的因素而发生意外事故的后备保护装置,使带电作业的安全性得不到足够的保证。The transmission line live-wire work is the important guarantee of electrical network's safe,stable,reliable, and healthy movement , is an important and absolutely necessary technology method to enhance the power supply reliability and equipment availability.As the transmission line strain insulator long-term withstanding the wire's weight,tension and playing the insulation role to the wires, exposing fi^r a long time outside, the strain insulator is extremely easy to get older in the mechanical and electrical union and under the pollution environmental .As a result of the Guizhou's special geographical environment, the insulator suffers extremely serious thunderstroke , it causes the insulator losing the insulating ability.At present, because of lacking reserve protective device to prevent accident caused by human's factor and tool's factor, it is unable to get enough security guarantee in live-wire work.
