摘　　要：虽然CBA与NBA都是职业篮球运动团队,但是其在运行机制上存在很大的差异。文章从两者的运行机制出发,详细总结和归纳了两者之间的区别,并指出了CBA运行机制上存在的缺陷和不足,希望CBA联赛能够实现政企分开,权责分明,实现现代化产权机制的改革,以不断健全CBA大联盟体系,使得CBA朝着科学、规范、健康的方向发展。There is a great difference between the operation mechanism of CBA and NBA. This article starting from the operation mechanism of the two League, summes up in detail and summarizes the difference between them, and points out the defects and deficiencies of CBA operation mechanism, hoping the CBA league can realize the separating of government and enterprise responsibility, implement the reform of the modem property rights system, to constantly perfect the CBA league system, make the development of CBA move towards scientific, standard and healthy direction.
