摘 要:随着种植体骨结合理论的提出及钛种植材料的应用,口腔种植学得到突飞猛进的发展。目前,种植体5年成功率已达95%以上,但临床失败病例也偶有发生;同时,因骨结合需要一定的时间,故近年来,对于如何促进种植体骨结合的形成、缩短种植治疗周期、确保种植体持久稳定地行使功能,成为学者们研究的重点。目前,应用动物实验模型进行种植体-骨界面的生物力学及组织学研究成为主要的研究方法之一。本文主要就种植体骨结合过程、种植体-骨界面组织形态计量学及显微CT在种植体-骨界面研究中的应用现状做一综述。With the proposal of the theory of osseointegration and the application of titanium planting materials, the oral implantology has developed by leaps and bounds. Nowadays, the success rate of implants has reached more than ninety-five percent, but clinical failure cases also occasionally happen. The osseointegration need a period of time, therefore, how to promote and accelerate implant osseointegration, shorten treatment cycle, and ensure the stability of implant func- tion is becoming the focus of the scholars' study in recent years. They mainly research the interface of bone and implant in biomechanics and histology through three dimension finite analysis and animal experiment models. According to the research situation, this review will relate mainly in following aspects : the process of osseointegration, the histomorphometry of implant-bone interface and the use of Micro CT in studying the interface.
