农业高校生态学专业人才培养的SWOT分析与对策研究

摘　　要：随着高等农业教育的不断扩大,生态学科教育得到了迅速发展,生态环境等相关问题也越来越受到人们的关注。通过对华南农业大学生态学专业2008—2013届毕业生就业去向进行了调查,分析了生态学专业毕业生就业存在的问题。根据相关问题,利用SWOT分析体系,分析了农业高校生态学专业学生培养与就业中的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇和威胁。基于分析,提出了加大政策支持力度、优化生态学课程设计、加强就业指导,拓展就业渠道、推进学风建设等对策,旨在为生态学专业毕业生就业工作提供参考和借鉴。With the continuous expansion of higher agricultural education, ecological education has been developed rapidly, and ecological environment issue and other related issues attract more and more attention. Based on the employment destination survey of 2008-2013 of ecology students graduated from South China Agricultural University, this paper analyzes the total employment problems of ecology graduates. According to the related problem, it analyzes the culture professionals＇ advantages, weakness, opportunities and threats of ecology major in the agricultural university using the SWOT analysis system. Based on the analysis, several countermeasures are put forward, including policy support, course design, optimizing of ecology, strengthen employment guidance, and expanding employment channels, aiming to provide some references for the employment of ecology graduates.
