摘　　要：目的:本文对P120ctn蛋白水平在乳腺癌组织中表达和基因扩增情况进行研究。方法:通过免疫组化法和荧光原位杂交法对乳腺癌组织进行检测。结果:P120ctn在乳腺浸润性导管癌和浸润性小叶癌中表达部位不同;P120ctn基因在16例乳腺癌中只有1例扩增。结论:P120ctn胞膜表达为乳腺浸润性导管癌,胞浆表达为乳腺浸润性小叶癌;P120ctn基因在乳腺癌中扩增不明显。Objective： To research the expression and gene amplification of P120ctn protein in breast cancer tissue. Methods： Immunohistochemical method and fluorescence in situ hybridization method were used to detect breast cancer tissue. Results： The expression positions of P12Octn protein in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and invasive lobular carcinoma were different; among 16 cases with breast cancer, P120ctn gene only amplified in one case. Conclusion： P120ctn protein expresses in cell membrane of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and cell plasma of breast invasive lobular carcinoma; P120ctn gene amplification is unobvious in breast cancer.
